Pose of the Month: Superman

To get into the Superman pose:

Lie on your stomach and stretch your arms out in front by the ears.

Slowly, lift the arms and legs up toward the sky keeping the legs straight. As your arms raise, the chest is lifted and the shoulder blades squeeze together. As your legs lift, the muscles in the back, around the tailbone and legs, contract.

The head is looking slightly forward and down.
