Nurture means to take care of someone or something.
People you can nurture: your mom and dad, siblings, pets, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and your Self.
Ways you can practice nurture for someone:
☺ Do something nice for them
☺ Give them a hug, kiss or massage (Several of my students say they practice giving their parents the kind of head massage they've received in class)
☺ Help them when they are feeling upset
Ways you can practice nurture for your Self:
☺ Do something that makes you happy
☺ Play outside
☺ Play with a friend, sibling, or pet
☺ Do your favorite yoga pose
☺ Practice a YogaBuddies breathing technique
