Pose of the Month - Roly Poly



Start Roly Pose by laying on your back and pulling your knees up towards your chest. If you can wrap your arms around your knees to give yourself a big hug. You can rock from side to side or forward and backwards.

Maybe while you are in Roly Poly pose you can think of one thing you like about yourself or your body and thank yourself for that part of you that makes you unique!
