5 Kid Tips for Practicing Sharing

Sharing means to use, participate in, enjoy and experience with others.

We can practice sharing by sharing our toys, books or games with our friends. But we can also practice sharing from our hearts. This means sharing our love. We can practice this by telling our moms and dads we love them and giving them hugs. We can practice this with our friends, brothers or sisters when we spend time playing together. Next time notice when you feel happy, look and see, you are probably sharing your love, laughter, or a quiet moment with another person.

Here are a few ways you can practice sharing:
Give someone you love a hug.
Tell someone a story.
Share a joke - make another person laugh.
Share your love by drawing a picture and giving it someone you care about.
Share a yoga pose (and then tell us about it!)
